It broke straight away Argento Responds: Argento operate a no quibble returns policy, if an item is faulty, we will either replace the item, or refund you for it, as well as any postage costs you incur in sending the item back to us. Having looked at this particular range, it is very difficult to see why the fault has occured, as so few have been returned. Please do send it back for inspection so we can advise our manufacturers of any potential issues.
